Honda S2000 Ultimate Edition


This limited edition has been produced to mark the end of production for the award winning sports car.Honda has announced that the Honda S2000 Ultimate Edition goes on sale in Europe in March 2009.
The Honda S2000 Ultimate Edition retains its highly acclaimed 2.0 litre 9000 rpm VTEC engine and combines it with a Grand Prix White body and graphite coloured alloy wheels. The shade of the paint evokes the colour first used on Honda's 1964 F1 car and many sporting models since. The exterior colour combination with the dark metal alloy wheels and unique black S2000 badging gives a fresh look to the timeless shape of the roadster body.

The white exterior will be matched with a red leather interior and complimented by unique red colouring for stitching on the gear lever gaiter. Ultimate Editions will be marked out by their unique numbered plaques on the kickplates, denoting their position in the series.
The 2-seater sports car may now be almost 10-years old, but its 240PS 2-litre is still one of the highest output per litre and highest revving engines ever made. In recognition of its incredible power output, the Honda S2000's engine has won the International Engine of the Year category for 1.8 to 2.2 litre engines five times in its lifetime.
As the name suggests, the Honda S2000 Ultimate Edition will be the last version before global production of the model ceases altogether at the end of June 2009. Since the introduction of the Honda S2000 in 1999 until the end of 2008, Honda has sold 110,673 units worldwide - 19,987 of those in Europe.

2010 Honda has announced today the launch of their new BTCC team and also premiered the special edition Honda Civic Type R MUGEN 200. As you have probably already guessed, the Honda Civic Type R MUGEN 200 will be built in only 200 units and will go on sale in April. In addition to the jam-packed Civic Type R MUGEN with its tweaked 240HP 2.0-liter i-VTEC, of which only 20 units will be sold in the UK at a hefty £38,599 a piece (approximately US$60,300 or €44,400 at today's exchange rates), Honda today announced that it will offer a less hardcore variant of the hot hatch without the performance upgrades.

The Honda Civic Type R MUGEN 200 is powered by the standard 201PS i-VTEC engine and features a number of styling upgrades, plus a Limited Slip Differential. The Honda Civic Type R MUGEN 200 features front and rear bumpers with skirts, various badges and a Limited Edition number plaque. The car comes with a Championship White exterior paint and gloss black door mirrors. The Honda Civic Type R MUGEN 200 sits on 19-inch alloy wheels and the company also plans to offer various chassis tuning parts as an option.

The Honda Civic Type R MUGEN 200 price will be announced at a later date and you'll be able to start ordering yours from March. An enhanced, limited edition Civic Type R featuring exclusive MUGEN equipment will go on sale through Honda dealers in the UK in April.

Inspired by MUGEN Euro’s high-performance Type R, the MUGEN 200 is fitted with unique body parts, wheels and badges to give it stand-out looks. As its name suggests, only 200 of the special Type R models will be made. A range of tuning parts, to further enhance the chassis dynamics of the Type R, will also be available as dealer fit options. The order bank for the MUGEN 200 opens in March, when prices will also be announced.

Last year, MUGEN used its 36 years of experience and engineering expertise gained at the forefront of global motorsport, to further develop the Type R, and create the Civic Type R MUGEN of which just 20 units will be made.

From April, a network of Honda dealers will also offer an exclusive range of original MUGEN tuning parts for Type R owners to use to modify their own cars – both used and new. These parts will be available to buy from a number of selected dealers across the UK, and will offer a range of tuning and cosmetic parts, including sports suspension upgrades, lightweight wheels and interior trim.

The limited edition car also celebrates the launch of Honda’s BTCC team for 2010, continuing its long-standing relationship with Team Dynamics. The team will compete in two Civics – which will feature a similar White and Black colour scheme to the MUGEN 200 cars. More details will be announced before the first race of the season, which is at Thruxton on 4 April.

Honda anunciou que iria mostrar 8 novidades e uma delas já foi desvendada, a CBR 250R, que ira competir aqui no Brasil diretamente com a Ninja 250 R.
A Honda do Brasil não divulgou quando este modelo estará nas lojas, mas deve ser em breve, vamos aguardar.
Além de querer entrar no  mercado das esportivas light vamos dizer assim, a Honda já se prepara para entrar na nova categoria do mundial MotoGP, a classe Moto3 que irá substituir a categoria 125GP em 2012, dando o fim as 2 T e entrando com as motos 250 4T .


A moto versão rua terá 26cv de potência, pesando 162Kg na versão normal e 166Kg com ABS, quadro dupla trave de aço.
A suspensão dianteira não será invertida e atrás um amortecedor Pro-Link. Freios a disco 1  na dianteira de 296mm e traseira de 220mm
Para o Brasil a moto deve estar disponível ano que vem, mas sem data e confirmação oficial.

CG 150 Titan-ESD é a moto mais querida

A Honda CG 150 Titan-ESD Mix é a moto menos depreciada no mercado, conforme o índiceAutoInforme/Molicar, que calcula quanto as principais motos vendidas no Brasil perdem de valor depois de um ano de uso.
A CG 150 Titan-ESD Mix perdeu 14,9% do seu valor nos últimos doze meses. É um índice alto se comparado com carros de passeio, cujos modelos populares têm uma depreciação média de 10%. Mas no mercado de motos, onde a tendência é uma depreciação bem maior, a perda de até 20% do valor em um ano pode ser considerada um ótimo desempenho financeiro.
O estudo não levou em conta todas as motos do mercado. Foram selecionados aleatoriamente alguns modelos das principais marcas e apenas no segmento das motos pequenas.
A Honda tem seis entre as dez motos menos depreciadas. A Titan-EX é a segunda colocada: perde 16,7% do valor aos doze meses de uso. Em terceiro lugar aparece a Yamaha XTZ 250 Lander a gasolina, com depreciação de 17,5%. A Yamaha tem mais duas motos entre as dez menos desvalorizadas (veja lista)
Além de Honda e Yamaha, uma única moto de outra marca entre as dez menos depreciadas é a Kawasaki Ninja ZX 250R, lançamento recente e muito bem aceito no mercado. Conforme o índice AutoInforme/Molicar, ela tem uma depreciação de 18% em um ano.
A Sundown STX Motard 125 a gasolina aparece na décima primeira posição no ranking das menos depreciadas, com uma desvalorização de 19,8% após um ano de uso.
Mas algumas motos depreciam mais de 30% em um ano, como a Kasinski Win 110 (- 32%), a Suzuki Intruder 125 (-33,3%), a Sundown Max SE 125 (- 34,8%), Dafra Kansas 150 (38,5%) e a Kasinski Mirage Dual Tone 250 EFI -30,2%).
A Dafra Speed 150 e a Kansas 250 tiveram uma depreciação de mais de 40% no ano: a Spped perdeu 41% e a Kansas 42%.
